Hometown Recruiting

The Hometown Recruiter Program allows any active duty member to apply for up to 30 days of no-cost permissive orders to a place where they can uniquely influence the recruiting mission. This was previously limited to members who are between graduating from recruit basic training and reporting to their first unit.

Those interested in participating should obtain permission from their command and complete an application (CAC required), explaining how they can contribute. If approved, members will then coordinate with the Hometown Recruiting Liaison to develop and execute a plan of action.
